We at Caer Alyn hope you all have had an excellent Christmas so far! We are looking forward to 2018 and hope that we can start expanding this following year – we are in need of volunteers!
We have a fantastic young group of volunteers who have been with us since they were six to seven years old, as part of our Caer Alyn Youth Archaeology (CAYA). Although CAYA, as such no longer exists, the last members still continue to come along once a term to help and we hope they may come more often as and when their busy lives allow.
This January coming we are hoping to put up the results of the geophysics survey that is being conducted at the moment in the Tumulus field. So far we have confirmed the evidence of post medieval ridge and furrow….
Also we are hoping to develop this website more this year coming.
